Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our facility by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic [in stock items are shipped within 5 business days. ] (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

Shipping Rates & Timelines

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates may vary based on package size, weight, and the distance to the destination.

Domestic Shipping: We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options. Please allow 7-10 business days for Standard shipping, and 1-2 business days for Expedited shipping, depending on your location.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Darcy’s Doodle Works takes great care to ensure safe shipment of products. However, if your order does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as per our return and exchange policy.
