What types of materials do you engrave?
We are able to engrave a wide variety of materials including Acrylic, Plastics, Paper, Cardboard, Glass, Leather, Wood, Ceramics, Stone, Drinkware, Photographs, and offer Metal marking services.
Do you offer custom designs?
Absolutely! We love working on custom designs. If you have an idea for a design, get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to bring your vision to life.
Can I order a stock item and have it personalized?
Yes, many of our stock items can be personalized. Check the product descriptions for details or reach out to us for more information. Will add 2 days to production time.
How long does it take to process a custom order?
10 days, pending product availability. We will communicate with you directly.
What is your return and exchange policy?

At Darcy’s Doodle Works, we take immense care in packaging and shipping our products. However, we understand that occasionally items may get damaged in transit or there may be some mix-up with the order.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve the issue. Our process involves reviewing each case individually and, when applicable, arranging for a return, exchange, or a replacement in accordance with our return and exchange policy.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a final update that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track the shipment and estimated delivery of your order through the courier’s website.

Can I place a bulk order for events and corporate gifts?
Yes, lead time depends on size and customization of order. Please contact us to request a custom quote and timeline estimation.
